We highly
encourage you to check Monica's date availability even if you are in the
information gathering/consideration phase. This way we can place a “pencil
hold” on your desired date. Should another client inquire about those date(s)
you will be contacted to have the right of first refusal.

Upon Engaging Monica:
Agreement: We will
send you a simple one-page letter agreement outlining the details of the
engagement and requiring both your and our signature.
Payment: We require a
50% deposit of the fee with the agreement to guarantee the date with the
balance due on or before the date of the event. Let us know if you would like
an actual invoice from which to pay.
Travel: Monica
travels coach. Preferred room Non-Smoking. For budgeting purposes, we offer the
option of a "flat travel" fee of $850.00. This includes the airfare,
ground transportation, meals and incidental expenses. The hotel room is not
included and should be direct billed to your organization.
Pre-Program: we will
send you a short pre-program questionnaire and may ask for a short telephone
conference in advance with Monica.
AV Requirements: for
any group over 40 and/or a session longer than 1 hour, we ask for a cordless
lavaliere microphone. Monica will bring her laptop, please have a power point
projector and screen with electricity for the laptop.

Room Set-Up: This is entirely up to you as it
depends on your group size, room size, and needs. Monica enjoys walking the room
and out into the audience so having "room to move" is ideal. Please arrange for
a small table at the front for water and materials.
